At Coral Coast Couture, we’re sorry to hear that your purchase didn’t meet your expectations, and we’re here to make the return process as simple as possible!
Return Policy
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Our return warehouse is located internationally, so potential shipping costs may vary. The typical cost for return shipping is between AUD 25 and AUD 50, depending on your location. We highly recommend using a shipping method that includes Track & Trace to ensure your return arrives safely, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
How to Return Your Product in 3 Easy Steps:
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at coralcoastcouture@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with detailed instructions and the return address.
Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you receive the return instructions from us, send the items to the address provided. Make sure to use a Track & Trace service to monitor your return shipment. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so it’s important to choose a traceable shipping method.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s) to confirm they are in original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your return.
Cancellation Policy
At Coral Coast Couture, all purchases are considered final once an order is placed. Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled after confirmation. If you wish to return an item once it has been received, please follow our return process outlined above.
Important Notes:
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with tags and labels attached. The product should show no signs of use.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is damaged, used, or in any condition other than originally sold.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and all returns must be sent to our international warehouse at the address provided in our return instructions.
